Rolemop works with unemployed and long-term unemployed people through engaging workshops that help people gain practical skills that are useful for getting through job interviews. With fully interactive, practical sessions that take job seeking out of the usual 'classroom' environment, Tackling Interviews is a great engaging addition to current unemployment schemes.

We have worked with a range of unemployed people over several years through Tackling interviews workshop programs. Workshop participants have been referred to us through a number of unemployment programs ran by job seeking agencies, some of these clients include;

Our 2012/13 program of Tackling Interviews had some exceptional results;

  • 76% of particpants feeling more confident about having a job interview
  • 72% of particpants felt more confident in recognising their own strengths
  • 79% felt more confident in answering difficult questions
  • 84% felt more confidence in preapring for a job interview
